We designed Stracker360 as a technological infrastructure to give control back to advanced industries. By putting AI, automation, and data analysis at the service of the field, our goal is to act upstream of transport to neutralize disruption risks and become the global reference for critical freight."

Questions
and answers

Because the giants are built for volume, not for urgency. A critical shipment inside a mass-freight machine is a file in a queue. Stracker was created on a simple conviction: an urgent shipment deserves a structure designed entirely around it — expert people, direct lines, and technology built for speed.

Through a dedicated fast lane: immediate identification of all viable routings, capacity secured before the file is even fully confirmed, customs pre-alerting and last-mile coordination running in parallel with the flight. You have a single point of contact until the part is delivered to the workshop or the tarmac.

Continuous chain of custody: a limited and identified number of handlers, confidentiality on the nature of the goods, adapted security solutions (escort, secured areas) and documentary discretion. We work to the standards required by luxury houses and their insurers.

We don't absorb disruption, we re-route. Every critical file has a plan B identified at quotation stage. You are informed of the issue and the fallback solution in the same message, with the updated ETA.

Customs is built into the operation, not blindly subcontracted: documentation anticipated from the quotation stage, mastered import/export procedures at major hubs, priority handling of urgent files. This is where critical hours are won — or lost.

Someone who knows it. Critical shipments don't follow office hours, so neither do we: your file is monitored continuously through to delivery, and escalation contacts are defined from the start. You will never discover a problem before we do.

Accelerated multi-scenario quoting, real-time access to capacity and flight schedules, proactive tracking at every milestone. AI saves us time on analysis and preparation; decisions and the relationship remain human. You'll measure it in one thing: the speed and accuracy of our answers.

Yes. Our platform is designed to plug into your workflows — quote requests, status updates, documentation — so your teams work in their own tools, not ours. Integration scope is defined together, based on your volumes and systems.
